Can proxy vote be changed? (FL)

Q: My homeowners association recently conducted a vote of the owners concerning a design change for the clubhouse, along with a proposed special assessment to pay for the change? I initially voted “in favor” of the proposal and submitted my proxy. I later had a change of heart and submitted another proxy and voted “opposed” to the proposal. The association manager rejected my second proxy and said that I couldn’t change my vote. Am I allowed to change my proxy vote?    Read the Q&A……………………………….
