Parking rules are common, but still have to be reasonable (FL)

Q: I have a house with 6 bedrooms. I live in HOA and when I bought a house three years ago, there was no limit to the number of cars I could have in my house.  Most recently, the Board has enacted a rule that only five vehicles are allowed per property. If I decide to have members of my church come to the prayer meeting, I don’t think this is correct as they should be allowed into my property. In addition, my community has a house with only two bedrooms, but I can own up to five cars.     Read the Q&A…………………………………..
