3 lawsuits against Toll Brothers allege construction defects at Jupiter Country Club (FL)

Three separate lawsuits have been filed against Toll Brothers, a Pennsylvania-based homebuilder, for alleged construction defects at Jupiter Country Club.  The Toll Brothers development consists of 407 single-family homes and 149 condominium units. Some of the homes at the country club sell for more than $2 million. Regalia association scores $18M settlement in construction defects lawsuit (FL)

The Regalia condo association settled its lawsuit alleging a slew of construction and design defects and building code violations at the luxury oceanfront tower for $17.5 million.  In 2018, the Regalia on the Ocean Condominium Association sued the developers, architect, general contractor and subcontractors over alleged flaws such as improperly installed pool joints and cracking tiles, unsafe steam rooms, and flawed balcony sliding glass doors and railings, according to the complaint.     Read the entire article………………………………. ...

Miami River condo association alleges $10M in defects: lawsuit (FL)

The condo association for a Miami River project is suing a group of developers and subcontractors, alleging $10 million in design and construction defects.  Terrazas Riverpark Village Condominium Association filed suit last month in Miami-Dade Circuit Court against more than 80 parties. Judge says lawsuit claiming Fairway Oaks homes built on dump debris was filed too late (FL)

Aria on the Bay may be the Melo Group’s signature project near Edgewater and the Arts & Entertainment District, where the developer has built most of its residential buildings in Miami. GL Homes, Valencia Reserve settle lawsuit over construction defects (FL)
